Well, Tuesday night it happened. Nora gave her mom and dad their first dose of reality as she was "rooming in" at the hospital. She was up all night long eating, crying and begging to be held forcing them to take turns staying awake. According to the nurses we were fortunate it happened there since many times it is first-night home experience for newborn babies. So we have been spending some time catching up on sleep. On Wednesday, we were discharged from the hospital and Nora experienced many firsts: her first trip outside, her first car ride, her first home, her first room, her first bed and many more. She has already become a huge fan of the vibrating seat (thanks for the tip Missy!) and she loves sitting against daddy's chest. We continue to be amazed by her in every way and as all of you parents know -- the love we feel is overwhelming. We are looking forward to everyone meeting her soon!!!
Love,
Molly and Jarrod
