We had a really lovely Easter! The five of us woke up on Easter morning to find the Easter bunny had jam-packed our dining room table with goodies! He even hid eggs in Nora's bed and outside in our backyard. Nora was OVER-THE-MOON! Each year gets better and better with the holidays. She is so fun! Then we all enjoyed brunch at D'Amatos in downtown Royal Oak. This is not traditionally a place I would take my kids but it was great! They were very well-behaved and the brunch was AMAZING! A couple of mimosas helped Jarrod and I keep our cool as well! Then we arrived home from brunch to find that my mom had planned a surprise visit to our house! Happy Easter to us! She scared us half to death because we came home and our front door was wide-open. We had failed to notice her car out front! This was much-needed as Jarrod and I have been working relentlessly to reorganize our house and get our lives back in order this past month. 15 months post Grant and Dylan's arrival was finally a good time for us to get our "you-know-what" together. So we're doing it! Thanks Mom for the extra help!!!
