Nora's 1st Christmas

Well, it came and it went. Nora celebrated her first Christmas. Jarrod and I carried her 1,800 miles over the past week, but she handled it like a pro. She managed to avoid meltdown despite meeting many new people and riding in her car seat for a total of over 24 hours!!! She is such a good baby. We had a great time visiting Grandma and Grandpa Ballard in Denison where we also enjoyed a visit from Uncle Steve and Aunt Rena and cousins Luke and Faith. Then went on to visit all of the family in Ft. Dodge. We started with a visit to Great-Grandma Yates and continued on to Jarrod's Aunt Kathy and Uncle Keith's house. There we met cousins Madysen (3) and Mackenzie (5 weeks). Next we went to Aunt Bev's house where we met Nora's cousins -- Emma, Jacob, Brett, Alivia, Claire and the newest addition before Nora -- Aaron, who is just 4 mos. older (pictures to be posted soon). On Christmas Eve we traveled back to Washington to spend Christmas morning with Uncle Rudy and Grandma (see video below -- sorry it's dark). On Christmas day we also paid a visit to Grandpa Thomas. And we finished the trip off with a visit to Nana Kay's house where Nora also saw a lot of her friends that she already met in October. Pictures will follow later -- Jarrod took off for work with the cable to connect the camera to the computer!
